Ballet GOT SOUL CLASSES are a balanced 45 min to 1 hour full-body workout for adults created by Tessa, merging the disciplines of pilates and classical ballet with soulful tunes to inspire your mind and your dancing feet.  

After all, working out so so much easier when its relaxed and fun!

Online class price:

First-time 12€, then 5 classes 55€ or 10 classes 100

Ballet GOT SOUL WORKSHOPS take more time to focus on identifying which postural category we fall into.  Once we understand our own posture we begin to understand where and why our aches and pains re-occur.

Once DJ Tessa pushes `play` and the toe-tapping playlist begins we begin our pilates breathing, pelvic floor exercises, postural body awareness.  We learn ballet basics through arm & leg coordination, then as the music builds up we work through different muscle-group specific exercises for the entire body both standing and lying on the pilates matt. 

As the music winds down with a soulful motown song, we wind down also with some well deserved stretching.

Ballet GOT SOUL will improve your body awareness enabling you to eliminate back and neck tension, while transforming your figure to look good and feel even better!!  You will leave feeling positive and energised!

Open level.  If you are beginner level it is advised to follow a workshop before following a class, but it is open to pregnant ladies and open to people suffering from back pain.  Knowledge and experience of pilates or dance will help you to follow better, but no previous dance experience is necessary to join in.  Please inform Tessa before the class begins if you require any particular attention, and do not proceed any movements if you feel pain.  For pregnancy please slow down if you feel out of breath and have a chair or pilates ball close-by.
